Rajendra’s shop where he works metal. Many people have their career paths chosen for them in Nepal by their caste or even ethnicity. The traditional caste system in Nepal essentially forced entire clans of people into one type of labor. While these traditional employment systems are not as widespread as before, they still continue in Nepal.
